How It All Came Together: The Path That Shaped This Practice

My work didn’t start with a plan—it started with a feeling. Becoming Reiki II certified opened the door to something deeper. I began exploring how Earth energy, especially through gemstones, could support healing. Over time, I started noticing patterns. When people changed the way they ate, how they moved through their homes, and the way they spoke to themselves, real shifts happened. That’s when I realized this wasn’t just about energy work. It was about teaching people how to reconnect with what they already carry inside.

What I offer today is a result of time spent learning, adjusting, and trusting that quiet inner voice. I don’t follow a script or one-size-fits-all approach. I meet people where they are, and guide them to build their own connection with the higher self. Some of that happens through energy work, some through conversation, and often just by creating space for them to listen inward. The goal is always the same: to support people in becoming spiritually independent and self-guided.
